Beresford Park (San Mateo)

Beresford Park-2720 Alameda De Las Pulgas San Mateo, CA 94403

A park with something for everyone – lighted tennis courts, bocce ball courts, ballfields, a skate park, enclosed playgrounds, restrooms, and picnic areas – including a large sheltered area. The park is also home to the city’s only Community Garden as well as the San Mateo Garden Center.

What we love about Beresford Park:
•Playgrounds with slides, swings, climbing structures and tanbark.
•Large playground with three huts and two tube slides. Within the huts are platforms and rope structures to climb. The three huts are connected by rope bridges. Seriously this will keep them busy!
•There is also a large rope play structure that is made for twisting and turning while climbing across it. If you have a child that loves to climb bring them here!
•They have a play structure for younger kids as well.
•There are TEN swings at this park (six regular swings and four baby swings)
•Lighted tennis courts, bocce ball courts, baseball field, basketball court, and a skate park.
•A nice rock area to sit with shade.
•All San Mateo parks are now smoke free.
•Bathrooms on-site
•Street and parking lot nearby for easy parking.
•Picnic benches and BBQ pits.
•Workout and circuit area.
•Large open grass field.

We highly recommend that you and your toddler(s) make Beresford Park one of your @bayareatoddlers Adventures!
